The Kunstradius 40km is a non-profit event for the purpose of art education in all areas, encounters, media education and networking. The individual events serve this purpose only. They are not the actual subject matter of the contract.
Participants register themselves and are responsible for the correctness of their personal data.
A separate registration is required for individual offers. Basically, the registrations are considered in the order in which they are received.
The tours are free.

DISCLAIMER
Participation is at your own risk. The organizer assumes no liability for damages of any kind, unless they are based on intent or gross negligence. This also applies to the sponsors, the affected communities and the owners of private paths or their representatives. This also applies to lost valuables, clothing and other items. Entering the forests, landscape paths and road traffic is always at your own risk.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
With my registration and participation in the Kunstradius 40km, I make a binding declaration that I am taking part in this event at my own risk. By registering and receiving the conditions of participation, I declare that I have no health concerns about my participation. I hereby expressly release the organizer from all claims that arise in connection with the event I have booked, in particular due to an accident, regardless of whether it is my fault or the fault of a third party or for any other reason. This waiver of liability applies to claims for any legal reason, in particular both for claims for damages from contractual and non-contractual liability and also for claims from tort.

I agree that the data specified in my registration, the photos, film recordings, videos and interviews I have taken in connection with my participation in the Kunstradius 40km may be used for event-related advertising purposes and for use and publication for the purpose of public reporting, including social media media are used. These rights are unlimited in terms of space and time.
The Kunstradius 40k takes place in any weather. There are no claims in the event of non-attendance or cancellation of the event due to force majeure.
